Case Study
Unframed

A full brand and a live tool, built end to end. No client, no team, no brief.
Unframed came out of a question I kept hitting as a brand strategist. If persuasion is engineered, why does almost nobody get taught to see the engineering? I decided to build the answer instead of writing another think-piece about it.
I developed the method, named it, designed the brand, wrote every word, and shipped a working product anyone can use. No client sat across the table. No team split the work. It is the whole job, from first idea to live site, done by one person.
That is how I treat any brand. The name had to carry the whole idea in one word. The identity had to feel like an instrument you pick up, not a poster you read. The voice had to sound like a person, not a framework.
Then I built it for real. A live analyzer sits at the top of the site. Paste in any piece of writing and it shows you how framing and persuasion are working under the surface, line by line. I designed it, wrote it, and put it live myself.

Most people can tell you a message felt persuasive. Almost nobody can show you the moving parts. Unframed makes the moving parts visible.
Named, designed, written, built, and shipped by one person.
A working analyzer you can use right now, not a concept in a deck.
Runs as a speaking and workshops platform for teams and events.
Unframed is the clearest proof of how I work. Hand me a blank page and I will hand back a brand with a name, a point of view, a voice, and a product already live in the world. That is the job, done without anyone holding the brief.
